Nat Young’s The History of Australian Surfing

Here on offer is Australia’s best surfing music compilation entitled Nat Young’s History of Australian Surfing. It was released on the CBS label CP16 in 1986.  This is an incredibly rare album.  I would personally rate it more difficult to find than the classic soundtracks Crystal Voyager and Morning of the Earth.  It was issued only in Australia and features the very best of Australian surf music. The cover notes were written by Nat Young the legendary Australian world surfing champion of the 60s.

CONDITION

 

Vinyl – Has some light scuffs.  Has some minor noise.  Occasional clicks and crackles but the music wins out- VG-.

 

Cover – Some creasing in the corners and Not for Sale stamp on the back cover.  General wear and tear but still looks good – VG.

 

In all a fantastic surf music compilation of Australia’s classic 60s and 70s surf instrumentals and progressive rock music.  Many of these tracks are almost impossible to find in their original single format.
