Inter nation buyers are responsible for all duties and customs.when i weigh something and it weighs 3 pounds 3 oz i put four pounds in the listing,if it only takes 3 pounds and 12 oz to ship it that is what i do and it is less that what you paid me for shipping i have to take it to the post office and fill out customs form on it.i will work with you on postage if it is some i can pack with little packing and you email me i will see what i can do.
their is now a final value fee on the shipping i charge to ship so i have to add that into my shipping cost
i live in a rural area and my post office is on the list to shut down so i will only be mailing stuff when i go to town[2 or 3 times a week]
