From my personal collection, this is a rare 1978 original Visa Records USA cutout pressing, purchased used in the late '80s.  The vinyl is play-graded solid VG+ with a little minor surface noise here and there in the quiet bits and a few pops and ticks.  I played this in its entirety recently, and it was a great listen.  The cover is a very good looking VG, with various problems: there's a purple substance/stain on the bottom front cover, a fair amount of edge wear, the cutout mark is actually a jagged drill hole, creasing, edge wear, etc.  Yet is still looks decent and is intact.
