The record was pressed on German Teldec virgin vinyl, and it is completely free of any marks or needle scratches. There are a couple of ultra-fine hairline dust scratches on side four that are very hard to see under even intense light. A single spindle mark is visible on a couple of the labels. The gatefold jacket shows some light shelf wear with a dent at the upper right corner and a small dent at the lower left corner. There are small, very fine cracks at the bottom center that I needed a magnifying glass to see. 

They have been professionally cleaned on a VPI-27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic  record cleaning machine.
