NED’S ATOMIC DUSTBIN – GOD FODDER LP (PROMO COPY SIGNED with FULLY SIGNED PHOTO)
An astoundingly near perfect copy of this fantastic album. The album belongs to my father in law who used to work in the music business. He had little interest in Ned’s and so he has never played the record. The album has been fully signed to the front by all band members. Included is a promotional picture of the band, again, fully hand signed.

“Maintaining a unique sensibility for pop hooks and lyrical charms, Ned's Atomic Dustbin create British pop sounds that are instantly recognizable in their headshaking catchiness. Forged with standard rock instruments, the Ned's sound is even more salient because of the dual bass guitar lineup which provides jolting cross-melodies like no other. A constant barrage of dirty guitar scratches across the surface with flange and wah-wah providing spongy effects. In between the rapid movements, themes of post-adolescent angst come off brilliantly with the shrewdly idiosyncratic lyrics of singer John Penny. With a little help from the "Madchester" scene, they enlivened the steps of listeners further beyond the realm of the typical shoegazers of the time”

GRADING
SLEEVE: EX
The sleeve is in unbelievably fantastic condition. The edges are robust and true, the laminate is perfect and unmarked. The reason for downgrading is that there is some slight damage to the top edge. All the signitures to the front of the sleeve are bright and clear. The promotional photograph is similarly in fantastic condition and would grade, individually, as NM. To the rear of the sleeve is a promo sticker reading: Property of Sony music, Demonstration only, Not for sale.
RECORD: EX+
Absolutely superb. There are a couple of entirely superficial scuff marks visible under very bright light. These are entirely superficial. As near to perfect as possible!!!
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
