I am selling my collection of 10,ooo comic books and all have been bought by me off the newsstand from 1965-2014. HERE for auction we have a SEALED copy of Neil Young's "Off The Beach" from 1974 on Warner Brother's label. I cannot tell you how rare a first pressing SEALED copy is. In my experience I open every sealed one I get and I find maybe 1 out of every 100. Neil Young did not like the record when it came out so it was pulled and remixed, therefore the rarity of first pressings. There is no way to tell unless you can peek inside if the LP which has a cutout mark as this one does. I looked but was not satisfied to see what I was looking for which is the inside of the jacket which matches the beach furniture on the front cover of the underside of the large umbrella and the chair's pattern. It's a flower pattern and this one matches perfectly! I cut a small incision along the bottom of the LP so I could see without bending the jacket itself. I have put a paper arrow showing where the incision was made and I have placed a small piece of removable magic tape to make sure it would not split anymore. The tape is still there. You can easily take it off. Also there is a small cutout saw mark which I also put an arrow showing where this is. The picture of the label is a picture of another copy of this LP we had before which was opened. You will receive this exact label inside but it will be MINT! The picture of the label is just to show you what a very first pressing label looks like. This we guarantee. This also has the original insert for the lyrics!
