This record is in excellent- condition. It has very faint spindle marks visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or fading. There is little to no wear to the centre holes and they are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in great shape with little to report other than the very faint spindle marks.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything serious or any 'real scratches' but there is light surface lines and minor sleeve 'scuffing' visible when angled in normal light. These are not at all deep and are faint but are a clear sign of use and age. These along with more incredibly light wispy lines are clearly visible under very bright light but are again nothing sinister or deep. So overall a used vintage record which has nothing serious or deep showing but does have signs of use in the form of very light surface lines.
I play tested the record and it plays well. It lays flat and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced is a solid excellent throughout with no major levels of interference and no serious issues such as skips, sticks or clicks. The majority of the record has no surface noise audible and is crisp and very enjoyable audio. There is however an occasional trace of surface noise or the odd splutter with also a touch of noticeable in the run in/out. This is all pretty minor however and didnt detract from a thoroughly enjoyable play test which passed by with no major issues and audio of good quality throughout.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has some rubbing and wear to the edges and corners(pics) with the text along the spine now no longer all legible. There is also a 1" section of wear in the centre of the top edge. This has caused a split to develop, which although not fully blown is weakening. Despite this area and the light rubbing/wear all round the sleeve remains solid and has no major structural issues. There is however age related discolouring and grubbiness to both sides and also sticker removal marks on the front(top right corner) and rear(bottom right corner area). So overall not a pristine sleeve but one that is still solid and has no really nasty issues and looks tidy enough. I have tried to describe the sleeve as honestly as possible but as I say please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original picture inner which is in very good+ condition. It has no splits or tears but there is some discolouring/age spots to both sides and also a pen mark in the top right corner of one side. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure no damage occurs to this original during transit.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me. Also please check my eBay feedback for a positive history of record grading, A1 communication and quick delivery times.
