INCREDIBLE AND final album from this British band who found greater success abroad - Germany at first and then later North America. The music is full-on prog rock with intricate tracks and beautiful arrangements. Don't go running away with the notion that it's tricky or jazzy - Nektar were always a band keen to respect the 'rock' aspect of their sound. Sure, there are moments of trippy, almost Pink Floyd style melodic awareness but when the band hit the ground running you better bolt down the furniture and hold on to the hand rails.
I've always loved the artwork on Nektar albums and this one is no exception - it's a beautiful illustration with rich colours fully conveying the quality of music.
This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Nice clean and shiny condition. Can't see any spindle marks and virtually no other signs of use. Grades as top MINT-!
Cover: Only light signs of any use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated cover. Sharp corners - no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is stiff, square and uncrushed - slight wear visible. Grades as Ex+
