Description

"The Kraft Music Hall" radio program rehearsal recorded by NBC The National Broadcasting Company.  One complete 30 minute rehearsal program on these two 16 inch, black lacquer acetate aluminum, 33 1/3 rpm discs.  These discs were recorded by NBC for reference purposes only and not available to the general public, very rare!

"The Kraft Music Hall" radio program rehearsal from September 2, 1948.  Program stars Nelson Eddy with Dorothy Kirsten, Robert Armbruster & His Orchestra.  Announcer is Ken Carpenter

Songs include "It's A Grand Night For Singing" vocal Nelson Eddy, "They All Dance The Samba" vocal Nelson Eddy, "My Ideal" vocal Doroty Kirsten, "La Ci Darem La Mano" vocal Nelson Eddy & Dorothy Kirsten, "It Ain't Necessarily So" vocal Nelson Eddy & an unidentified song sung by  Dorothy Kirsten.  

Robert Armbruster plays the minuet portion of Revel's "Sonatine"

Program includes commercials for Kraft Velveeta Cheese by Ken Carpenter

Discs are in Excellent+ condition with Excellent+ to Near Mint Sound - absolutely beautiful sound on these beautiful discs!

Due to their size, 16 inch discs will not play on most standard turntables.   For $10 I can include a CD transfer of the entire disc for the buyer
