One of the best American killed by death singles, no introduction needed! Both sides smoke, unlike most one-hit-wonder KBD singles. Original sleeve is allegedly limited to just 100-200 copies, and I've heard they were only issued as promo copies. This copy came from a collection that included many other promos, so that gives some validity to the story.

Sleeve is flat and clean with just a tiny bit of yellowing/wear on the edges, no seam splits or tears. The front cover art is printed a tiny bit off center, as you can see in the photo. Vinyl is completely spotless but as with many copies of this record, the vinyl is pressed a tiny bit off center.

GRADING:
• M (mint) is reserved for unplayed, flawless stock copies.
• NM (near mint) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape.
• VG+ (very good plus) means a sleeve has minor wear — is creased and/or shows a ring impression, and the disc shows cosmetic signs of handling.
• VG (very good) means not for the anal-retentive. The sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has surface noise (no skips or thunderous pops) and multiple small scratches.
• VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy.
• G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips.
