Recorded in Toronto with producers Gavin Brown (The Tragically Hip, Metric), Howie Beck (Feist, Josh Rouse) and Mark Endert (Maroon 5, Train).

Non-authorized returns will be refused. Merchandise will only be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in same condition as sold and in its original packaging. 

Defective Returns 
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective and you will still need to contact us for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Returns 
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! 

We may decide to issue replacements if requested, per our discretion. If replacement is requested and denied, you will need to return for a credit and then place a new order. Please do not place a new order for replacement until confirmed. 

Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking. 

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. 

Note: Credit/Replacement will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
