Description
NJLP- 8210. Not DG, but heavy vinyl disc. Vinyl in beautiful visual condition; VG++ or a little better, appears to have been played very little. Play grade would be somewhat lower due to light "static" sound in the vinyl, which is noticeable mostly in the quiet sections or solos. Disquised pretty much when all instruments are playing. The actual sound of the recorded music is excellent.Recording by Van Gelder. There are also a couple of marks in the dead wax before the last track on side one.They produced about 10 seconds of audible tics at the very beginning of the last track. I believe these marks were caused by some imperfection in the vinyl rather than from use. Clean cover with STATUS logo. 2 " split on top and bottom left edge. Scuffing middle of top edge.Back cover has red stamp that reads "Insp. by 149."
My scanner surface is not large enough to capture the entire record cover. Also because I am unable to lay the entire cover flat , sometimes a section looks shaded. That is due to the scan not a defect in the cover. ALSO A LINE OFTEN APPEARS ON ALBUM COVERS AND RECORD LABELS; AGAIN THIS IS A SCAN DEFECT, NOT A COVER OR RECORD DEFECT. However I try to make my written descriptions as accurate and detailed as possible
GRADING: Having sold approximately two thousand records on Ebay with no negative feedbacks, my grading is as fair and accurate as possible with many happy buyers. I realize an occasional disagreement is possible in which case the buyer may return the item for a refund. I will reimburse shipping, media mail, in the USA. For international returns, shipping is non-refundable. Because the majority of my sales are International I will add a few more general comments about my grading. I play grade most records that I feel may receive high bids. More recent pressings that sell for lower prices I visually grade. I do not list records with obvious bad scratches that cause continuous clicking throughout the record. I also do not list records with loud pops or skips unless they are very rare and I clearly make note of it. So generally speaking when I say a record plays with surface noise or light tics, it is not something that interferes with the enjoyment of the music. UNITED STATES: MEDIA MAIL:LPS: One LP. $ 4.00. Add 25 cents for each additional LP. I can also ship PRIORITY MAIL, but buyer must contact me about shipping cost before sending payment. Price will be based on Zip code (i.e. Distance from Vermont). 45S: I can mail one 45 first class for $3.00. Multiple 45s will be shipped media mail. Up to seven for $3.50 .
INSURANCE: You can purchase up to $50 insurance for $1.65 (US only).
INTERNATIONAL: International buyers will need to contact us about shipping costs before sending payment. Estimated postage fees for LPs. One LP: First Class Mail International $15. Each additional record will be appro ximately $2- $3 more. Records with heavy gatefold covers will be a little more.These rates apply to most Countries except Canada. Canada: First Class Mail International $9.00. 45s: One 45: $6-$7. I do offer discounts for items with high bid prices in some cases.
We package records in new sturdy containers designed for the item, with bubble wrap, and factor the cost of materials into our shipping costs.
