Description
WELCOME
We are disposing of a very large estate record collection, approx. 12,000 items left. The collection consists of pop, jazz, country, blue grass, rockabilly from early 1930-1980. We have 16" and 12" Transcriptions, EP’s, LP's, 78’s, 45’s and box sets. We have some very rare items. We have been doing auctions by mail to serious collectors for the last 10 years.
Most of the private collection is in very good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RECORDS ARE GRADED VISUALLY
MINT (M) Perfect, No scuffs or scratches, writing, tears or splits.
NEAR MINT (NM) A record otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect
the play or appearance. Cover could show minor signs of wear and age.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) Sometimes referred to as “Excellent”, a record that has been handled and played either
infrequently or very carefully… not perfect but not too far from it. May be light paper
scuffs, vinyl may have lost some not all of its luster. Light scratch that does not affect the
play. Cover may show some wear from storage.
VERY GOOD (VG) Used but not abused. Displays visible signs of handling and playing such as loss of vinyl
luster, surface scratches, groove wear. Cover is VG when a variety of problems are evident such as ring wear,
seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss on photo, stains, writing on cover, sticker on cover, etc…
GOOD (G) Record is well played with a number of defects such as complete loss of surface sheen,
labels stuck on labels. Covers are G when a variety of problems including covers peeled
or badly stained, very heavy ring wear and seams are taped.
POOR (P) Any record or cover that does not qualify for a GOOD (G) rating.
