Hey folks, up for auction here is a brand new sealed copy of the 1974 classic Court & Spark by Joni Mitchell. This is the Nautilus SuperDisc half-speed master version of the record, which is similar to Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs. Most would say these are the best sounding records you can get.

Now, as to the quality of this record, it is unopened so I'm going to assume it is in mint condition. It's been in my possession since the 80's and over the years the plastic that seals the record has become dusty. It is in a sealed plastic bag however, not shrink wrap which means no bending, and you can move the album around slightly within the plastic and see that the jacket itself looks relatively new. The vinyl has never seen the light of day so it should be as it was when it was pressed at the plant back in the day, absolutely pristine. Sealed within the plastic as well is a pamphlet for Mobile Fidelity, I assume explaining their mastering process and advertising their other titles.
Basic USPS first class/media shipping within the US would be around $4.00, but if you're bidding on an item that costs a few bucks more than your average record you may wanna insure it and/or pay for tracking and/or faster delivery. This item is sold as-is. It has been inspected to the best of my ability and since it is sealed I am led to believe it is new. It was acquired as part of a collection over twenty years ago and hes been kept upright and indoors (no basements or attics) since.
