This is "Elvis Presley" EPB-1254, the Double EP from 1956. It's still in nice shape!
Records are EX. Both have a minimal amount of light marks and retain quite a bit of original shine.
Labels are VG+. They have some smudging, but not a lot of wear. The Side 2 label has a couple white marks on it.
Cover is VG+. This one doesn't show much wear. The corners are still mostly sharp. White areas show only minor aging. The spine is really nicely intact and readable with no splits or cracks. The two bottom seams have splits in the center of one inch each. They're pretty clean splits though, not that ugly. The back has some rub wear. The inside of the folding cover is super nice! Overall, this cover is definitely above average though not perfect.
