Wow! Here comes a true monster rarity…the dutch release of NICHOLAS GREENWOOD´s epic "Cold Cuts" (or "the meat chair", as my three year old daughter refers to it…) This is a really nice keeper copy with just some tiny defects. Christ, how great is this album?! You will be pleased with this one…so fasten your seatbelts boys´n´girls! No reserve.
COVER; The cover is in really nice condition. Front panel is laminated and have one or two very small creases. Bottom and top right corner has some very insignificant wear. There is a little cut on top left. The spine is completely intact and fully readable. Back cover has a faint beginning of ringwear. Still, I have to grade this cover NEAR MINT.
VINYL; Both sides of the vinyl shows great lustre with just some light paperscuffs under strong light. There is a small mark on track A1, which ticks gently for ca 15 revolutions. Because of this little mark, visually graded as VERY GOOD PLUS. The rest of the side plays NEAR MINT with just some distant hissing. Side B pops lightly in the run-in groove before the music starts. There is the occasional light pop. But visually and audible graded as NEAR MINT. A keeper copy for sure!
LABELS; Both labels are very clean. The label on side A has no visible wear. The label on side B has one tiny little tear (ca 2mm) near the centre. Very nice.
I use GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS – MINT/NEAR MINT/VERY GOOD PLUS/VERY GOOD/GOOD/POOR. The grading MINT (M) is hardly ever used - and at that umcommon occasion - NOT used improperly. NEAR MINT (NM) means NEAR MINT both visually and audible! VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) is the same as EXCELLENT (EX) in other grading systems. My ambition is to provide an as accurate description as possible and I do not try hide any defects or other flaws on the record and cover. MY GRADING IS STRICT and winning bidder ALWAYS has full refund minus shipping costs! PLEASE E-MAIL IF ANY CONCERNS! THANK YOU AND HAPPY BIDDING!

GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS
MINT ---- It should appear to be perfect. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, labels or writing, tears or splits. Mint means perfect.
NEAR MINT ---- Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect play. Covers should be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident: slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or writing on the cover should all be noted properly.
VERY GOOD PLUS ---- The record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Not too far from perfect. On a disc, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl or some of the original lustre may be lost. A slight scratch that did not affect play would be acceptably VG+ for most collectors.
VERY GOOD ---- Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl lustre, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.
GOOD ---- Well played with little lustre and significant surface noise. Despite defects, record should still play all the way through without skipping. Several cover flaws will be apparent, but should not obliterate the artwork.
POOR ---- Any record or cover that does not qualify for the above "Good" grading should be seen as Poor. Several cover flaws
