Description

       This is a rare opportunity to own Nick Drakes Fruit Tree Box Set 1986 1st UK pressing on the Hannibal label. Pressing number is HNBX 5302 (later pressings were 5303 etc.) It comes complete with a 12" 16 page booklet giving a brief history of this renowned artist and the lyrics to all the songs featured on these four albums.

       The four albums consist of "Five Leaves Left 1969" ,"Bryter Later 1971" ,"Pink Moon 1972" and "Time Of No Reply" which is a collection of 10 previously unreleased tracks plus the four "last session" tracks.

       I purchased this box set new in 1987.These albums have hardly been played and can only be described as VVGC with no scratches and minimal surface markings and no jumps or skips (I haven't owned a record player for 15 yrs and most of my vinyl was put onto cassette tape).

       DOWNSIDES   Surface marks/slight surface scratches to box. Left corners  of box worn. Slight 2" crease poss' imperfection on box at top above K & E. Slight bulging on bottom of box approx' 1 1/2" slightly raised. Pic sleeve of Pink Moon has 2" tear on bottom on seam where record has pushed through as has Time Of No Reply with a 1" tear. 

       I have tried to describe as accurately as possible the downsides and tried to photograph them but faults not really visible without using a macro lens. Thanks for looking. Any questions please ask.
