On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Nick Drake called 'Five Leaves Left' and is a UK 1st Stereo pressing on the 'Block' 1st Press Island label!!!! THIS IS SERIOUSLY RARE!!!! THIS WAS THE 1ST NICK DRAKE LP AND IS BY FAR HIS RAREST!!!! THIS IS THE 1969 1ST UK PRESSING IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! OFTEN THE MORE COMMON LATER NICK DRAKE LPS TURN UP - BUT FINDING NICK DRAKES 1ST LP IN THIS CONDITION IS VERY VERY RARE INDEED!!!!  THIS IS THE VERY 1ST UK PRESSING ON THE 'BLOCK' ISLAND LABEL, ITS ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE, AND THE 1ST PRESS E.J.DAY GATEFOLD COVER (WITH THE COMPLETE 1ST PRESS ISLAND LOGO ON THE BACK COVER)!!!!  DONT MISS THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Stereo UK 1st pressing from 1969 and is in brilliant condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9105 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Block' Island label (see picture) and is a stereo UK 1st pressing!!!! It is very VERY rare to find any 1st Pressings of this LP - especially in this condition!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Nick Drake at his best!!!! Any fan of Nick Drake, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 hairline (NON sounding), 1 scuff line (NON sounding), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS EVERY BIT OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with CRYSTAL CLEAR UNDISTORTED MUSIC, NO pops, NO sticking, NO groovewear, NO jumps, and NO crackle!!!! Being hypercritical there is the LOWEST POSSIBLE touch of background noise in places (virtually ZERO - and most likely from the original pressing - most would NEVER mention this) often found on these Island pressings - but I guarantee it really is of the LOWEST possible level and can only really be heard when the volume is up super loud and the treble setting is to maximum (and even then it is INCREDIBLY low level)!!!!  It certainly doesnt affect the STUNNING sound of the music in ANY RESPECT!!!!  IN FACT THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST SOUNDING COPIES OF THIS RECORD I HAVE EVER FOUND!!!! The record must grade strictly grade Very Good++++ if not better and plays SUPERBLY with ZERO DISTORTION!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record still has its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press E.J.Day Cover is BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has only VERY slight edge wear (NOT through the colour - only VERY slight roughening), NO spinal wear, only very VERY minimal rubbing (Front has virtually ZERO - the back has NO rubbing AT ALL), only a VERY few light creases (cover is still flat looking), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), ZERO ringwear (MEGA rare on this cover), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with only very VERY minimal rubbing (VERY rare on this cover), NO ringwear, NO writing, NO yellowing and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE STEREO UK 1ST PRESSING AND IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND - ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
