NICK LOWE: american squirm / NICK LOWE & HIS SOUND: Waht's So Funny
RADAR RECORDS ADA-26 UK 1978 7" (solid center white label test pressing copy with handwritten plain sleeve - the label has a handwritten code ADA26 (2) and "CUT ON 14" LACQUERS")
matrix A: ADA-26 A2 A PORKY PRIME CUT
matrix B: ADA-26 B2 PECKO
Very rare w/l promo/test pressing copy of great Radar - post Stiff - release by powerpop artist who was generally connected to the punk new wave scene (see Mario Panciera's excellent 45 Revolutions book for more details on artist) - this is possibly a REJECTED CUT as the matrix details are different to the known variants of the standard copies (the specific messages are met with A3/B3 codes in standard release and 'Porky Prime Cut' & 'Pecko' messages are on the opposite sides) - a top punk/new wave collectible in superb condition.
Condition
cover: ex (plain sleeve with handwritten messages)
vinyl: ex-
* strict record collector grading (however I don't use higher than ex/ex grade)
P&P
registered p&p for Europe GBP6.80
registered p&p for all other countries GBP8.80
* I'm a collector myself so strict packing policies applied (I have never received a complaint for a broken item - all records moved out of ps and put in plain sleeve and ps in plastic sleeve)
