Description
78 RPM RECORD
While I am not a record collector, I have gathered together
a number of 78's over the years and am listing about 50 of the
ones in better condition. Grading will be by physical appearance only,
as my hearing is no longer sufficient for sound quality grading.
Some records have sleeves, but not the original ones,
and some do not have sleeves.

Looks new. Shows no sign of use. Usually Dealer's Stock.
(E+) ...NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT PLUS
Shows that it has been played, otherwise near perfect.
(E) ...EXCELLENT
Shows slight wear with original shine. Minimum noise.
No surface faults of any consequence.
(E-) ...NEAR EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT MINUS
Surface shows slight minor faults. May have slight noise.
(VG+) ...VERY GOOD PLUS
Shows wear with light grayness in some of the grooves.
May have some light scratches or rubs. Noise may be coming a factor.
Labels are clear, clean, and intact.
(VG) ...VERY GOOD
The average playable record with grayness in the grooves,
light scratches or rubs, noise is stronger but acceptable.
May have slight label wear. Collectible.
(VG-) ...VERY GOOD MINUS
Major faults such as multiple scratches , rubs, digs and serious needle runs.
Graying all over. Noise still tolerable. Has been played often.
Labels have problems. Still acceptable.
Record will be sandwiched between 4 sheets of heavy cardboard.
This will be taped securely and placed in a plastic bag.
Packed record will then be placed in an oversized box,
with space for packing peanuts or similar material on all sides of the record.
Remember, shipping price is for one record only,
and may be affected with no or minimal increase for two or more,
depending on weight, so multiple purchases are always better to
defray shipping costs, as opposed to a single item.
If you win more than one of my auctions, wait for me to send an
invoice before paying, because multiple wins or purchases
will be combined for reduced shipping.
