NIGHT SHADOW The Square Root of Two RARE US Garage PSYCH ORIG. LP w/ 45 EX!

Once In A Lifetime! ORIGINAL Macon, GA. Private PSYCH Lp w/ original 45 in shrink!

***one of the rarest U.S. Garage Psych records ever made !

45- on Banned 6T9- Side 1 “The Hot Dog Man” etched “Banned Side A”…

“The Hot Rod Song” etched “SixTNine Side B”

When I took the 45 in a plain white sleeve out of the lp cover it seemed to me to

be un-played, as someone who has gone through millions of 45’s over the years, it “felt” like it had not been removed from the sleeve, but I have no way of knowing this. I played the 45 once. It did have some light background audio wear, but visually superb NM! I am not going to try to deep clean this record, but perhaps the audio would match the visual if cleaned professionally. Also, I believe the vinyl pressing was done on a budget and the recording has a live feel to it…This being said, graded as follows

Vinyl: VG++, loud, clear & strong play, with light background audio wear, glossy, with visual typical of NM, superb!

Label: NM, superb!

LP- Spectrum Stereo ST-2001 etched WR4S 1249-1  1-5 X  &  WR4S 1250-1  2-5 X

Once again when removing the lp from the sleeve it appeared to either have never been handled or played or less than a handful of times. Super glossy, with some light sleeve scuff.

Vinyl: NM- to NM, superb!, with very light sleeve scuff that does not effect stated play

COVER: NM-, excellent, in original shrink, loose at the top and bottom right corners, shrink torn along top edge on back…all edges & corners are superb!...no writing, with light small spotting under shrink under album title front and on back, as pictured.

LABEL: A-side NM, superb!...B-side NM-, very light spotting, as pictured

solid, well preserved record that has been played, but handled with care…light

VG+: plays loud, strong & clear… with some noticeable background audio wear and some noticeable visual wear that while present do not effect strong play and an enjoyable listening experience.

VG to VG+: still plays loud, strong & clear…slightly more noticeable background audio wear and visual surface wear than VG+, still very listenable VG: plays through pretty good, not great… has noticeable audio wear throughout, and noticeable visual wear

VG: still plays loud & strong, has easily noticeable visual wear, and noticeable audio

wear, that does not overpower the music.

VG-: plays through without skips, but rough…has very noticeable audio and visual wear…usually worth listing due to rarity
