The highly sought after Hoctor LP, "Jazz In the Sun", which can most likely be credited to the Hoctor Studio Band.  If you're looking at this record, you probably know what it is.  3 killer cuts in my opinion: "Gold Coast", "Do It (Til Your Satisfied)", and "Ain't No Sunshine".  
Regarding condition,  I grade this record a strong VG.  It was hand cleaned by me, and the record plays through much better than it looks.  The vinyl has some light scuffs and sleeve burn, but no deep scratches.  I tried my best to capture the surface of the "worst" part of the record, above.  "Gold Coast" & "Do It" playback with almost no audible surface noise.  The production is generally pretty loud and full, so you really only hear audible surface noise during quiet parts.  You can pick out a bit of non-intrusive surface noise in "Ain't No Sunshine" , but I think it's generally acceptable.  During the bridge of that song where the conga comes in is probably the time that it's most noticeable.  I have played this record out before without issue.   
The jacket was actually completely separated when I found this, so I taped it back together nice and clean.  Please refer to my detailed photos.  I do have recordings from this record - If you would like to hear a sample of the quality, please send me a message.
