Description

Absolutely lovely copy of the original 1964 pressing of Nina Simone Live, with "special guest" Vince Guaraldi. Nina has one side, Vince the other. Features some of her most iconic songs, including her amazing Porgy and Black is the Color. Both the Simone and the Guaraldi recordings are not available anywhere else, and are just great. And this copy sounds just great. The disc is very nearly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. A couple of very light superficial scuffs but barely. The cover is likewise nearly pristine, except for a 1 1/2" seam split at the bottom. A top, top copy. Hard to beat.
