Description
Attention: the sleeve of this brilliant punk 7” from Great Britain is photocopied but the vinyl is superclean. Old eBay prices: £64 + £55 + £52. One of the most chaotic and uncompromising bands on the British punk scene, the NIPS aka NIPPLE ERECTORS released four 7” records and one album in their lifetime. Both tracks of this second 7” are crammed-full with sparkling melodies, quite superb. Here’s your chance to get the original first pressing, issued on private mini-punk label ‘Soho’ records in 1978 (catalogue number SH4). The A-sider ‘All The Time In The World’ is fantastic melody punk, topped with excellent lyrics. The great flip is called ‘Private Eye’. With the band is Shane MacGowan, the writer and creator of ‘Bondage’ fanzine who also found fame with the POGUES. Shane MacGowan, better-known as O'Hooligan back then, was renowned for his out-of-control behavior and the blood came courtesy of an ear bite. The cover was realised by Phil Smee, the owner of the Waldo's label. He was also responsible for the excellent cover artwork and graphics for the ‘Smash It Up’ single by the DAMNED, as well as their 3rd LP.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
