I hate to tell this story. I witnessed Nirvana live on the Bleach tour and had this album in the car to get signed but was too lazy to walk out back to the parking lot and get it. Though I did manage to get Jason Everman to sign it while he was on tour with Soundgarden. That said, I have a twenty-five minute interview with Kurt, Krist and Chad on cassette, which will be in an upcoming book alongside exclusive interviews with Soundgarden (2), Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Courtney Love/Hole, who was in the process of chasing down Kurt and speaks on him at length during the interview, and Dave Grohl the day Nevermind was released in Canada four days prior to its US release, due to the tour. All the interviews occurred between 1989-1991. 
The vinyl was played twice. The poster was never pinned to the wall.  Jason also pointed out a King Diamond-esque drawing that makes an appearance on the cover too.  Only 2000 copies of this version were pressed and that was over 25 years ago.  It is not cheap but its 100% authentic, in excellent shape and signed.
