Description
NIRVANA, THIS IS THE AUSTRALAIN COPY OF THIS LP FROM 1971.
This is an Australian pressing on the VERTIGO label, cat no: 6360 031
VINYL : VERY GOOD +, a few very light hairlines and very light scuffs. On side 2 the 1st track has a scratch you can feel with your finger about 1 cm long, so when played on this section you can hear a light click on rotation that lasts for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds of play into the song. There is all so a few pops and clicks on side 1 about 2 cm in from the beginning. Otherwise the album plays through with a minimal amount of crackle and the occasional pop.
COVER : VERY GOOD +, also the cover I have graded VG+ because of the following defects; on the front cover you should be able to see via the photos above that on the right just under the Vertigo symbol there is an old sticker removal tear mark, and on the left about 9 cm down the spine edge is another small spot of wear I would hazard a guess and say was eaten by a silverfish. On the back there is ring wear. The edges and corners have minimal wear as well as a 2.5 cm wear to the spine in the middle, which in time will end up a small split. On the top seam there is a 2 cm split. Overall the gatefold cover inside and out shows light signs of foxing or [ age wear spots some might know it as ] but all in all the whole package comes in at a grading of VG+. Some ones name in biro pen on inside gatefold bottom right.
LABELS : NEAR MINT, nothing wrong with the labels that I can see.
