A piece of rock history. This E.P. is one of Nirvana's very first excursions onto vinyl. Featuring Melvins' punishing drummer Dale Grover on drums, 'Mexican Seafood' captures Nirvana in fine punk form, all stuttering rhythms and a sludgy production which suited them right down to the flayed bone. 'Mexcan Seafood' was to later feature on the 'Incesticide' compilation album.

This E.P was re-issued in 1992 as Nirvana's star was almost at it's brightest, terms of popular appeal. By then they had recorded with Butch Vig and begun to reap the rewards of years slugging it out between the coasts in transit vans. For sale is the ORIGINAL issue in the brilliant artwork unique to the 'Teriyaki Asthma' E.p. series. This E.P. is the bonafide real thing, with the wraparound sleeve and 'chopstick-skull' blue green labels. It's really a beautiful thing....

CONDITION OF VINYL: NEAR MINT.  This is a genuinely NEAR MINT record. The vinyl is perfect, with no marks or scuffs anywhere on the playing surface. There are no pressing flaws and the vinyl shows NO SIGN of being played. The labels are immaculate, with no spindlemarks to be seen. This is, with out a doubt, the BEST COPY of this record you will find.

CONDITION OF SLEEVE: NEAR MINT. The wraparound sleeve is also PERFECT. No stains, creases or rips. This E.P. is EXACTLY how you would have found it on the day of it's release! The glossy paper is totally straight and absolutely amazingly preserved. YOU WILL LOVE THIS ITEM!!
