NIRVANA - NEVERMIND.  Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab half speed mastered pressing from 1996.  200 gram Anadisc limited edition No. 0492.   I don't want to say cover is NM due to minor corner bump lower right and some minor creasing on back cover near spine.  Otherwise, heavy gatefold cover is very solid with no seam or spine issues, and no ring or other wear, so I will grade cover Excellent.  Same for vinyl...a few inaudible light marks....a very light hairline mark on one side which is inaudible and a light paper scuff or two on other side.   I just played the LP again to make sure there was no audible noise, and the entire LP plays quiet NM including through the few quiet spots.  Only shipping within USA at this time.
