RIPPLE CREASES LOWER RIGHT FRONT and LOWER BACK BOTTOM LEFT. THE WORD "COOPER" HANDWRITTEN UPPER TOP RIGHT.
ORIGINAL SLEEVE INSERT INCLUDED- SLEEVE IS TORN ON ALL THREE SIDES, PLUS DISCOLORATION.
