Description

About This Record.  This is an original Top keeper copy of R.E.M.'s "Box St Single Action Green" featuring a PS'ed box (solid) and four 45rpm singles with picture sleeves.  Stored properly for 35+ years, like all my R.E.M. singles now coming up for sale!  Also see my 24 12" EPs by R.E.M. that already are listed. More to come!
I combine shipping which is $4.00 USA media mail for however many records you buy.  PLEASE Please, wait for my invoice (requesting one helps me know when you are done bidding and if you pay separately eBay makes it difficult to refund you for excess shipping). Thanks.
Cover:   Excellent Plus (EX+ to Near Mint (NM) better covers.  See the photos, please! Original Owner.  It's Been stored by me for decades properly, like all my other REM and 7" records for sale (in a plastic sleeve with cardboard backing and separated from the 7" vinyl)..  Please see photos.
Insert.  None (other than the four cool singles!).
Vinyl:   Near Mint (NM).  All four singles. Top Copy.
Label Condition:  Near Mint (NM) labels. Please see photos in case I missed something.  Feel free to ask questions.
Shipping:  $4.00 USA shipping on however many records you purchase.  BUT PLEASE WAIT for my invoice and request one when you are done bidding.  eBay makes it very difficult to refund excess shipping if you pay for multiple items you want in the same package.  All my records come carefully packed after I clean them on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place them in a new rice-paper sleeve so they will be ready for you to play.
Grading:  My grading [Cover/Vinyl]  F/G-/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/EX-/EX/EX+/NM/Sealed.
Guarantee:  All my records are guaranteed; happy to refund you 100% if for some reason you are not satisfied, and I will cover the return shipping as well.  That's the way I do business.
