NOBODY’S CHILDREN-45-“Baby I Tried” b/w “St. James Infirmary”-Delta #R-2207-Great 1966 Albuquerque, New Mexico Garage-Punk. A side is in the Striders/Clefs Of Lavendar Hill/Knickerbockers vein of garage punk-great dual vocals, “Feel A Whole Lot Better” style guitar... B side, the classic inspired by the Animals with an inept Farfisa organ lead break...very cool record and band...same label as Era Of Sound’s “GIrl In The Mini-skirt”. Condition: Record is beat-up...lots of surface scuffs/small surface scratches, lots of wear... some obvious background noise...record plays amazingly well overall despite condition... Label clean both sides...some wear...
