Description

Jean Trevor has a few northern soul sides that get the blood pumping, on the Norman label usually… this one is the rarest side, sharing a side with a dixieland band on this obscure track pressed in the smallest of numbers around 1968 in stereo (something you will find on indie 45's a lot in that era), expressing a very jazzy side of this soul and blues singer. You can click the link to hear an unfiltered hi-fi sample of this extreme rarity, which is between near mint and VG+ after playing it. You may never see this one again, as I have only ever seen this one copy and I know her work and hunt exhaustively every week for tracks like this. I will start the bidding low and be advised that even though her work is very obscure, she has her share of fans overseas and the last side I had from her on Norman ( relatively common for her ) went well into three digits! This is an original composition as well and both the song and the single are all but lost to time and obscurity.
