Description
NORTHERN SOUL US 45 - ROCK CANDY - Alone With No Love b/w I Don't Think I'll Ever Love Another - DONTEE 103 (Blue Label - See below)
Condition = Ex (A nice copy - 'Alone' has some lite fingernail marks that cannot be felt of heard - about 8 out of 10 whilst 'Think' has a couple of lite marks that cause a couple of lite clicks but nothing major - about 7 out of 10)
Label has ring wear on both sides - see scan
A classic piece of Northern Soul from 1969 that was massive on the scene in the late 70's/early 80's
***The official A side 'I don't think' is also massively in-demand on the Sweet Soul collectors scene
Reading the various tome's and speaking to a number of people, I'm fairly sure this copy of Rock Candy on Dontee is a boot possibly from the late 70's/early 80's?
It does look remarkably like the original light Blue label in vinyl and does look good though!

Run out groove on the 'Alone with no love' side (actually the B side) reads-
45rpm at 6 o'clock
Dontee 101-A2 at 5 o'clock
"Alone with no love" at 4 o'clock
2/18/71 and a 'squiggle' at 3 o'clock
Run out groove on the 'I don't think' side (actually the A side) reads-
Dontee 103-A at 6 o'clock (barely visible)
IC at 3 o'clock
and that's all there is on this side!
All fairly legible but not that deep that you can feel it?
