Description
You are bidding on an LP by Napper Tandy, self titled, obscure Australian psych/folk from 1981 on the Schnapper label out of Adelaide , South Australia. Catalog number 001, I presume it was the first and only release on the label!
Not a straight folk LP, plenty of psych in the vein of Fotheringay and other UK folk rock artists of the early and mid 70's. Nice female vocals on some of the tracks
Songs: Side One. 1. The farmer's cursed wife2. Binnouri
3. Kiandra love song
4. Sovay
5. Merrily kiss the quaker's wife
Side Two. 1. Dainty Davy
2. Cam ye o'er frae France
3. John Anderson my Jo
4. Reels: The ash plant. Paddy White's. The high reel
5. Mad Tom O'Bedlam.
Record in excellent condition, has a few faint marks that can only be seen under a strong light, they do not affect the sound. Cover is also in excellent condition, which is unusual given the amount of white on it, only flaws are a small indent on the back cover and a small mark on the front cover
