I have devised my own grading system that I hope you will find it more detailed and accurate, it is on a scale from 1 to 10, and in the note section, will have information on inserts, custom sleeves, in shrink, hype stickers, pressing information and info like that. Also whether item is a cutout & how it was done, the cutout does not effect the grade, & items like stickers, posters and flyers will also be graded likewise. Also I'm only listing title of record nothing else.


10 SS record is still sealed.
 9 NM  record is in nearly perfect condition, played maybe once or twice.
 8 NM- record may have a few minor issues, but still a beautiful copy that was maybe played more than a handful of times.
 7 VG++ record will have light wear along with subtle issue or two, a record that was played a bit but was taken care of, a very nice collector copy.
 6 VG+ record will have medium wear, with wrinkling, wearing to the corners, and scuffing with light to medium surface noise at times and maybe a light tick. A record that was played a lot, but still a very sound and very good record.
 5 VG record will have issues like heavier ring wear, price tag damage and ding or two and maybe a split seam, medium surface noise thru out record, it might or might not skip but could have a few ticks. But record is a keeper at a good price.
 4 VG- record will have more pronounced issues as above but with heavier ring wear, multiple split seams, record should skip. Take THIS record to a loud party then no one hopefully will hear the flaws, and you can leave it there as a gift and they will think you are pretty cool.
 3,2 and 1 G, G-, and P   I only have a few of these, the records are toast but the covers are in nice condition.

 NOTES:  Info on top. Record has Maumee PO box 716 Ohio, a first press from 1983 not a reissue, very light price tag residue on front cover and on side 2 label, side of record has 3 inch split seam, if not split seam cover a solid 6.  Record cover 5 & vinyl 6 , insert 7 .

I do not use stock photos.  The photo shows the actual item up for auction.

I am not a dealer, and all of the items I place up for auction are from my personal collection and eBay auctions and trades and deals with friends and other collectors. I will do my best to give a honest grade.

Shipping within the US is $4.00 per record anything over a single LP is 75 cents extra, via media mail 75 cents every single record after.

Insurance through the USPS is available, and once again my invoice will provide the cost information.  

NOTE:  Sealed items are collectible because they are sealed.  Since I do not own a store, I cannot return items to the manufacturer.  Once opened, I cannot refund the purchase price in full because opening significantly affects its value. 

NOTE: Media mail does not have tracking.  The USPS offers delivery confirmation with online tracking.  If you want online tracking with delivery confirmation,  ability, you must purchase delivery confirmation for $0.75. Orders over $50 I will have to insurance on to protect us both from "WHATEVER" that is a fee that you will have to cover.

International Buyers – Please Note:

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

I will always combine items.  Payment may be made by paypal, PAYPAL ONLY.  If I do not receive payment for an item within ten (10) days of the end of the auction and I do not hear from you in response to e-mails, I will consider the auction results void and re list the item(s) for auction.
