Description

Negative Approach "Tied Down" LP - Extremely rare, unknown variant. Vinyl is 100% from the first pressing plates. I have compared the matrix of this copy to two first pressings and they are identical in every way, from the etchings to the handwriting. I have had several copies of the second pressing of this LP over the years and have never seen one with a first press matrix etching. 
The ring size on this copy of the LP labels are smaller than the ring size on the LP labels of the first pressing, so the first and second pressing were definitely pressed at two different places. My guess is they tried using the stampers for the first pressing, then they switched to another set of stampers. I did my best to take photos of the matrix, and you can clearly see "MASTERDISK" on both sides.

Sleeve - VG+, super clean with only light handling wear.
