Condition: 

Vinyl: Mint, not a mark I could see

Sounds: Mint, plays just about perfectly. Only surface sounds were heard between tracks and are very light at that.  Music sounds perfect.
Sleeve: NM-, due to slight bends at bottom corners.
Insert is NM to Mint.
Also included is a T&G handbill advertising NA, Necros and Meat Men Tee- Shirts
