This album has been ultrasonically cleaned on my Audio Desk Systeme Pro record cleaning machine and is ready to spin. Its condition is NM. 
The sleeve is VG+ and comes with the plain inner sleeves.  I am including a 3 mil outer sleeve to protect the jacket and I will ship the record outside the sleeve so as to avoid seam splits. I will professionally pack this album and it will come in a new cardboard mailer with appropriate filler and inserts to ensure it's in the best condition I can provide.
