Description

***EXCELLENT CONDITION SLEEVE - MINT CONDITION DISK - ORIGINAL LYRIC INSERT PRESENT***
Harvest was released in March '72 (K54005) on the Reprise label, following on from the successful album After the Goldrush. Harvest was even more popular and charted at number 1 in both the UK and the US. The album contained some of Young's most memorable work including "Heart of Gold", "The Needle and the Damage Done", "Old Man" and "A Man Needs a Maid". This copy retains it original inner sleeve and the original fold out lyrics sheet - both in excellent condition!
Young had moved to California from Canada where he teamed up with Stephen Stills to form Buffalo Springfield, but rivalries caused Young to split and form Crazy Horse with whom he would perform for many years. Young also featured occasionally with Crosby, Stills and Nash but mainly concentrated on his own career which has been huge and he still continues to perform today. He is a living legend!
