Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)

Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out. ___________________________________________________________________________________

Record: NEAR MINT (Overall killer shine and super clean, should be a great play, looks barely (if ever) played, rare in this condition!!!)
Jacket: VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, pretty good size bends on jacket (please study photos), saw mark bottom left, bottom right minor corner bend, overall really clean and nice but the bends are the most noticeable thing, nothing major beyond that (see photos)

NOTES: 1st US RCA HOLLYWOOD PRESS, FLORAL PATTERN INSIDE JACKET, VINYL LOOKS ALMOST UNPLAYED AND CLOSE TO MINT, RARE!!!
