Greetings my friends,
Up for sale is a deeply cherished signed album by Neil Young and a personal favorite: an autographed copy of the seminal “On The Beach.”
I am a Southern California musician and have been a huge Neil Young fan for years. I met him a couple years ago and he graciously signed this LP for me. I am shouldering going back to school and starting a new part of my career, thus I am parting with some or most of my music memorabilia.
I will start the auction just as the price of an album itself since I am not providing any stub or proof. I have the original registration for my attendance and meeting Neil that evening but instead will just price this as the value of the album itself; I wish not to dishonor the privilege of having met this great artist and over-incentivize the selling of this autograph. Neil was courteous, considerate, and he signed the album very nicely - this may be among his nicest signature of recent. As pictured, this is also the original first pressing of this magnum opus album and features the famous ‘floral pattern’ inside, as well as the Reprise catalog number. I will package and ship the album cover (no record included FYI album cover only) with utmost care and precaution. Thank you for your interest and best of luck bidding!
