Description

An original 1st copy of TIME F A from '73 in the UK. A/B1. Nice solid pressing. NO Warners logo in the perimeter text. The vinyl comes housed in an original textured cover. We also have an original '73 generic white inner. There's the incredibly slight lyric sheet - lord knows how it has survived in this condition! So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In beautiful condition and has only seen very light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of very light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an. at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Anyone familiar with purchasing NY on vinyl will know what an incredible hard job it is to find a properly quiet playing copy. Young audio is often so low-key and delicate that almost nothing other than a perfect copy can deliver a clean rendition. This copy is not perfect by any means - but it is getting there. I detected just some faint presence in a couple of isolated moments. Nothing that audible at all. I'm just mentioning so the buyer realises it won't be perfectly quiet at all times. But an impressive rendition which should be of standard to get a serious collector salivating!
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Truly superb - there cannot be many original copies looking this well preserved. The front is perfect flat and uncreased with perfect colour retention. Ditto the rear - impressive! There's only very insignificant edge wear in a couple of spots - very unusual. The top opening is Day 1 sharp! Corners are all still nice and pointy. No hidden bends or creases. The text on the bottom spine is fully legible - only slightest wear observable. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity in part thanks to the heavy card employed in manufacture.
Inner (Ex-) Lightest ageing. No splits.
Lyric Sheet (Ex) Given the fragility of the item I would say the condition is so good as to be 'miraculous'. Unbeatable.
