Originally released in 1978 with a printed black, white and grey cover also titled Rust Never Sleeps on slipped disc records. Also released with a black and white printed cover on Impossible records in 1978 and also with a full color cover in 1979 titled  American Tour on Phoenix recortds.  This is a repressing from 1981 probably has unmitigated audacity labels
