CONDITION : Records are all nice NM with minimal signs of use or handling. Box with notes on inside has minimal wear.

This set covers a lot of musical ground, primarily in the contemporary avant garde jazz sound. There are four LP's with a different group featured on each. The sound is vibrant and interesting. The instrumentation sits somewhere between traditional jazz and avant garde orchestra/big band. About 200 minutes of experimental composition and improvisation. Groups featured:

  1. Instant Composers Pool & Guest Soloists
  2. Contra Band 86
  3. New Klookabilities
  4. Maarten Altena Octet (Dagmar Krause on vocals)
