All the 45rpm singles I list were purchased by me ~40 years ago as collectibles. These singles were imports to the US and, for the most part, arrived well after release of the album (unlike in the UK). As such, there was no reason to play them when I was already listening to these songs on the more convenient LP format. This explains why most of them are described as having been played "less than a handful of times." In reality, they likely were never played but I am taking the more conservative route by claiming <5 plays.
