SELLING OFF PART OF MY JOY DIVISION COLLECTION! Up for auction is: New Order - MOVEMENT - 12" Original 1981 US Factory FACT. 50 repress - RARE TRANSLUCENT PURPLE! Vinyl has correctly applied labels. Vinyl was played and listened to in completion prior to listing and played well with no problems. Vinyl can still use a light cleaning.
This is the ORIGINAL 1981 repress without barcode which includes the inner sleeve that carries "Factory anvil+cog logo and cat# FCL Nr. 50" printed on the front while others only have a white paper inner. The artwork of the labels is identical to that of the UK labels except that the US labels are burgundy colored. No text on spine. Spine is blank.

The vinyl comes in different color variations, only visible when held up against a strong light source: These colors are the result of different vinyl formulations used accidently by the pressing plant. This copy is PURPLE TRANSLUCENT which is apparently part of the VERY FIRST pressing. This pressing also has a run-out groove width of around 1 cm (first pressing is much wider).

Translucency is very hard to photograph and had to be done outside quickly in the direct sun. *Please see last photo. Outer sleeve has wear, creasing and staining. Boot print visible on front cover. That makes it more punk rock though, right? Original inner sleeve is very clean with some creasing. Vinyl has been visually graded as VG+. Vinyl plays great. Please see photos for more details. I can send more photos via message on here if anyone is interested.
Record will be packaged properly with the vinyl in a generic paper sleeve and packaged separately from the original sleeves in a corrugated cardboard record mailer.
