Matrix / Runout (B-Side runout etching exc “TOWN HOUSE” stamp): FACT 50 B2 GG TOWN HOUSE
Sleeve VG+ still in shrink but opened. Original Virgin sticker top right. In my experience with Virgin stickers it will come off cleanly but might leave a slight shadow. I have not tried to remove it. Generally EX condition but grading VG+ due to sticker
Printed inner EX lovely example of this custom poly sleeve
Vinyl is SLIGHTLY DISHED you can only tell on the turntable when you see rotational undulation from the side. Vinyl surface is EX and it plays EX with no issues. So graded VG+ overall
