Description

"NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & HERITAGE FESTIVAL 1976" double-LP live compilation. Original press, still factory-sealed! On ISLAND RECORDS (ISLD 9424) - "sponsored by SCHLITZ beer."

No bends or creases to the cover- Only minor shelfwear. Another copy I have from the same batch, which was also sealed, plays fine & is in perfect shape. This one should be just as nice.

This live documentation features 20 tracks by New Orleans R&B / Soul / Funk greats ALLEN TOUSSAINT, IRMA THOMAS, EARL KING, LEE DORSEY, ERNIE K-DOE, ROBERT PARKER & PROFESSOR LONGHAIR . . . plus Blues legend LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS.
