***VINYL Condition is NEAR MINT..!!  ...  Near Mint is the Highest grade that I give any item that I sell.  Even if Factory Sealed..!!   ............... I don't clean vinyl ... I leave that to the discretion of the buyer.

***COVER Condition is VERY GOOD+..!! ....A Nice Looking Cover..!! ... Sealed in Shrinkwrap..!!  .... There is some creasing damage along the spine side (see picture) as if it had been jammed into something.  There is a very small tear in the shrinkwrap back cover,  but it Remains Intact..!!.....For the most part a Great Looking Cover..!!   Actual record is pictured.
