I spent the 90's managing record stores. My girlfriend was an employee for the early part of that decade and bought tons of vinyl because "they were pretty" (she didn't have a turntable once CD's took over). We just had to clear her parents' home out (climate controlled) and found a box of pure treasure! You would have to find a time machine and dial back to 1991 to find vinyl of this quality!! Annnd, she was a big NIN fan. Tons of doubles here!
STILL SEALED in the ORIGINAL SHRINK! This is a 1990-1991 pressing as noted by the hype sticker. There is a slight bend in the bottom left-hand corner (pictured). TVT 2610 / Halo Two UPC 016581261013 "Printed in Canada" backwards at bottom left-hand corner
Consider this a collector's item. There will be NO REFUNDS/RETURNS. The vinyl has been sitting for over 20 years....it should play flawlessly, it may not.

#1 - International First Class is the standard. It "should" arrive within 10-14 business days (as this IS by air) but there can always be delays. This averages between $6 and $15USD and is NOT covered by ANY insurance. 

#2 - If you want your item to be covered IN ANY WAY by insurance, then it MUST be shipped via International Priority Mail and that averages between $20 and $25 BEFORE adding the insurance premium which for this item would be another $4. 
I have only had 3 instances in all my years of ebaying where an item went totally lost or showed up ravaged by the hands of another so the odds are with you that International First Class will work out, BUT this is YOUR choice.
